Okay, here we go. I am an award winning children's author (and yes, that feels every bit as grand as it sounds). My debut novel TARANTULA TIDE won the prestigious Kelpies Prize and the Heart of Hawick Award 2010. 

Before I started writing books I published over four hundred children's stories, poems and articles worldwide. I love what I do. It's simply the best job there is - and you can do it in your jim-jams.
